Delete Your Account

You can delete your Minutify account and all its data directly from the app, at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Minutify and go to Settings.
2. Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm on the "Delete account?" dialog: "All your notes, recordings, and account data will be deleted from this device and from our servers. This can't be undone."

For your security, the app may first ask you to sign out and sign back in ("Please sign in again") before it lets you delete your account. Once you've signed back in, repeat the steps above.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your notes in our cloud: transcripts, summaries, action items, tags, translations, and the search vectors made from them.
• Your audio recordings in our cloud storage.
• Your Ask AI conversations.
• Your usage counters and the push-notification tokens of your devices.
• Any note snapshots you chose to share with us as feedback, and the feedback messages you sent from the app.
• Your account profile in our cloud database (Firestore).
• Your sign-in (authentication) account.
• All data on the device you delete from: audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, and tags.

This is permanent and can't be undone. There is no recovery once deletion completes. If you're signed in on another device, that device erases its own copy and signs out the next time it opens with a connection.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email gregory.timofeev@linked-robot.com and ask us to delete your account. We'll complete the request within 30 days.
